Mary Frances Collins, 43, of Pecks Mill, WV went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Charleston Area Medical Center Memorial Division in Charleston, WV. She was born on January 21, 1981 and was the daughter of Carol (Elliott) McGraw and the late Scottie Paul McGraw.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one son, Solomon Isaiah Collins and grandparents, Clyde and Minnie McGraw and Raymond and Phyllis Elliott.
She graduated from Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College with a Surgical Tech Degree and worked dialysis at Davata Dialysis for twenty-four years. She was a faithful member and served as Media Tech at Word of Life Church in Logan, WV. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and watching her babies play sports.
Those left to cherish her loving memory include her husband of fifteen years, Van Collins; son, Canaan Josiah Collins; daughter, Miracle Faith Collins; mother, Carol McGraw; and brother, Jim Paul (Sandy) McGraw. She was mar-mar to Corey (Haleigh) McGraw, Tanner (Emma) McGraw, and Hayla McGraw. Also, left to cherish her memory includes a host of aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Lisa Poe and Monetta Cheek for staying by her side during her last days.
A funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Word of Life Church with Pastor Rocky Chafin and Pastor Josh Vanhook officiating. Burial will follow in Collins Family Cemetery in West Fork. Pallbearers will include her nephews.
A visitation will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday.
