Mary M. Coppernoll, age 78, of Richland & Sauk Counties, died Monday, January 28, 2013 at Our House Assisted Living in Richland Center. Mary was born July 27, 1934 at home in Crawford County the daughter of Harry & Lillie (Dolejs) Crusan. She was a strong, loving mother and grandmother and our family rock. Survivors include her 8 children, Jim (Sandy) Coppernoll of Kimberly, WI, Barbara Coppernoll and her husband Lee Geary of La Crosse, WI, Harold (Pam) Coppernoll of Ixonia, WI, Bill (Kathy) Coppernoll of Danville, Virginia, Beverly (Pete) Diny of Madison, WI, Joseph Coppernoll of Lone Rock, WI, Jack (Jennifer) Coppernoll of Spring Green, WI, and Leslie "Bob" (Carol) Coppernoll of Hillsboro, WI; 21 grandchildren, Chad, Tommie Jo, Darin, Josh, Tonya, Tony, Rachel, Nick, Sara, Bethaney, Kyle, Corey, Ashley, Adam, Kadin, Sam, Charlie, Jessica, Tristian, Scott & Jamie; 16 great grandchildren; a brother, Harry (Arlene) Crusan; 3 sisters, Anita Daughenbaugh of Rockford, Ill, Erma Welsh of Durand, Ill, Harriet (Jim) Shadley of Arizona; many other relatives & friends. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, 7 brothers, 3 sisters and many nieces & nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 4:00 PM at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center. Pastor Craig Peach will be officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until the time of services at 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial may be given to the Cazenovia Polar Plunge. My sympathy to Marys family. We were neighbors when we all lived in the Loyd area and went to Ithaca High School. She was a very friendly person and a hard worker. The very best to her family from the Mike Frye family formerly from the Loyd area
