Mary Lou D'Agostini passed away in her home on Sunday, September 14. Mary Lou was a dearly loved woman in Amador County with many friends. Her joy of life was infectious. She graduated from Jackson High School in 1953. A significant achievement was being one of the few individuals, and a woman at that, to pass the California Bar exam without going to law school. She had a 40-year career with Charles Zeller Law firm in Stockton. She was also an accomplished pilot flying Cessnas and Bonanzas. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Armenio D'Agostini, who passed away in 2010. There will be no funeral services as we celebrated her life on her 90th birthday this past May, with a large crowd under her arbor so she could enjoy the party in her honor.
