Mary Daughdrill

Mary Ann Daughdrill, 66, of Troy, VA died on January 25, 2026.

Born February 1959 in Germany, she was the daughter of Dennis and Katherine "Kay" Russo. She was preceded in death by her father Dennis Russo, mother Kay Russo, first husband Ray Armstrong, and son Stephen Daughdrill.

Mary is survived by her husband Donald Kevin Daughdrill, son Jeremy Armstrong, daughter Jillian Armstrong, son Matthew Daughdrill and spouse Felicia, daughter Sarah Campbell and spouse Cody, son Jonathan Daughdrill and significant other Harli; grandchildren Samantha Witt, Rachel Witt, Brooklyn Mazzie, Uriah Armstrong, Raylan Mazzie, Jax Daughdrill, Lincoln Daughdrill, Jolene Daughdrill, Oliver Armstrong, Jett Armstrong; great-grandchildren Elias Harvey, Calliope Harvey, Freya Foster; sister Diana Houchens and sister Chris Carpenter and spouse Mike.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and staff at UVA and Albemarle Health and Rehab for their exceptional care over the last several years.

The family will be accepting visitors at Hill and Wood Funeral Home on February 9 between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on February 10 at 2:00 p.m. with her husband Kevin officiating, also at Hill and Wood Funeral Home.
