Mary Elizabeth Davis

MARY ELIZABETH DAVIS, age 64, of West Grove, PA, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2012, at the Neighborhood Hospice in West Chester, PA. Born in Wilmington, DE, she was the daughter of the late James H. and Gwendoline Breeze Sharpless. Mary was a 1966 graduate of Kennett High School. She worked in the Accounts Payable office in the Kennett School District, Kennett Square, PA, for 26 years, retiring in 2004. Prior to that, she worked for Dr. Barry Kanofsky. Mary was a member of the Kennett Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was an avid Beatles fan, and especially enjoyed being with her family and friends. She is survived by one daughter, Robin C. Davis of Hockessin, DE; Three brothers, Gerald Allen Sharpless of Nottingham, PA, James Simeon Sharpless of Rising Sun, MD and Eric Drew Sharpless of Quarryville, PA; one sister, Virginia Sharpless of Quarryville, PA and her former husband, Steven J.
