Mary Eidson Obituary
Mary Dillard Eidson, 89, of Winterville, GA passed away on December 22, 2025. An Athens native, Mary was the daughter of the late Louie Macon Eidson. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her two brothers, Howard Eidson and J.L. Eidson, and her nephew, Mark Eidson.
Mary was the church secretary for Winterville United Methodist Church for over 25 years. She was blessed to have so many church friends and loved her church family dearly. Mary resided at Lanier Gardens for many years and spent the last three years as a resident at Rainbow Retirement Home. She made many friends at both places and she cherished each friendship.
Survivors include her niece: Karen Eidson, and her sister-in-law: Shirley Eidson.
The family would like to thank Rainbow Retirement Home and Piedmont Athens Regional for their loving care of Mary.
