Mrs. Mary Anelia Fredrick, 91, entered her heavenly home surrounded by her family on November 25, 2025. She was born on August 19,1934 to Rev. Elrie and Jewel Jones. Anelia was a life-long resident of the Prospect Community.

On February 17, 1951, Anelia married Welton Fredrick, and they had one daughter, Sandra Bryam. Mrs. Anelia worked in the shirt factory until she and Welton decided to build chicken houses. She loved being on her farm, tending to her cows and working in the chicken houses. Later in life, Mrs. Anelia retired and was able to keep her grandchildren, which was one of her greatest blessings.
