Mary Ann (Golden) Johnson, age 89, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at her residence.
She was the daughter of Mary Edith (Schank) Golden and Howard Golden. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on March 24, 1936.
She graduated from the first class at Olentangy High School in 1954. She was a member of the National Honor Society. She married Harvey Johnson on January 26, 1957. The two were married for 63 years and 11 days prior to Harvey's passing. They had 3 children Bill Johnson, Linda "Susie" Jones, and Richard Johnson; 3 grandchildren Patrick Jones, Danielle Perry, and Ryan Johnson; as well as 1 great-grandchild Rhettington Perry.
Mary was also an active member of the West Berlin Presbyterian Church.
In addition to family with Harvey, Mary is survived by her sister Patti Martin as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Janet Golden; brother Bill Golden; as well as several cousins.
A graveside service is being held at Cheshire Cemetery in Delaware, Ohio on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 2 pm.
