Mary Ann Jordan Bryant

Mary Ann Jordan Bryant, born on June 30, 1947, gracefully transitioned to the land of the free on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at the Laurels of Pender, Burgaw, North Carolina. Her passing marks the end of a remarkable journey filled with love and strength.

Mary Ann’s life was a testament to the power of family and the beauty of lasting connections. She leaves behind a loving legacy nurtured by her children: George Edward Jordan and his wife Tangela, James Arthur Bryant, Jr. and his wife Amanda, Larry Dennis Bryant and his wife Yvette, as well as her daughters Melody Graham and Dorothy Bryant and her fiance' Corey and son in law Reginald.  Her heart and spirit live on through a myriad of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who will forever hold dear the memories of her gentle heart and enduring strength. 

The homegoing service to celebrate Mary Ann’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Sandhill A.M.E. Church, located at 3030 Whitestocking Road in Burgaw, North Carolina. The interment will follow at Whitestocking Cemetery.

 A viewing for relatives and friends will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home Chapel in Burgaw, North Carolina.

Mary Ann Jordan Bryant’s journey on earth may have ended, but the legacy of love, faith, and unforgettable memories she leaves behind will forever illuminate the hearts of her family and everyone fortunate enough to have known her. Her spirit now soars free, embraced by eternal peace and the boundless freedom of the land she so dearly loved.
