Mary Jane Lamb

Mary Jane Lamb, age 74, of Patriot, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
She was born on April 3, 1951, in Vevay, Indiana, the daughter of the late Wilby Jester and Mildred (Gray) Jester.
Mary worked for many years in the bakery at JTM, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. In her free time, she enjoyed western movies, music, BINGO, and puzzles of all kinds. She loved cooking and baking, visiting Tennessee, and spending time with her family. Mary was very family-oriented and always willing to help anyone in need.
She is survived by her son, Connie (Kimberly) Lamb of Patriot, Indiana; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Lamb, widow of the late James Lamb; grandchildren, Ethan, Brylei, Eliyanna, and Champagne; great-grandchild, Emmerson; brothers, Larry (Cathy) Jester and Rick Jester; and sister, Audrey Harmon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilby and Mildred Jester; her son, James B. Lamb; sisters, Mildred Grigsby, Rose Marie Walston, Mary Jo Robinson, Alice O'Conner, and Betty Gibbons; brothers, Wilby Jester Jr. and Billy William Jester; and her companion, Billy Bills.
Friends will be received on Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with Pastor Mike Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Vevay Cemetery in Vevay, Indiana.
