Mary "Flo" MacDonald, 95, of Bellaire, formerly of Mancelona, passed away on October 13, 2025.
Flo was born on March 10, 1930, in Judique, Nova Scotia, Canada, the daughter of Alex and Annie Campbell.
She was a long time member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Mancelona. She enjoyed bingo, garage sales, resale shops, dancing, fishing and was a wonderful baker, known for her homemade bread which she shared with all her friends and family.
Surviving are 3 children, Vincent (Jane) MacDonald of Mancelona, Debbie (Steve) Doherty of Mancelona, Gwen MacDonald of Gaylord, 10 grandchildren, Jessica (Anthony) Amsden, Justin (Kristina) MacDonald, Christopher (Angie) Doherty, Nick Doherty, Ryan (Taylor) LaDouce, Jennifer Rusnell, Brenda Rusnell, Jamie (Jon) Snook, Jeremy (Alisa) Forker, Marti Forker, 11 great-grandchildren and a brother Ambrose Campbell.
Preceding her in death were her husband Donald MacDonald, son John MacDonald, several siblings and her parents.
Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Mancelona.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the beginning of Mass.
Burial alongside her husband will take place in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Mancelona.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Arrangements are in the care of the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
