Mary Anna McCrary Lady

Mary Anna McCrary Lady, age 79, of the Double Springs Community in Fall Branch, Tennessee passed away Friday, May 16, 2025 at Greystone Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Mary was born in Greeneville, Tennessee and resided her entire life in the Fall Branch area. She was a graduate of the Fall Branch High School class of 1964. She was an employee of Holston Medical Group for many years and a member of Pactolus United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Norman Lady; her parents, Walter H. and Maggie Hite McCrary; two sisters, Frances and Helen; and one brother, Dennis.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Denise Moore and husband, Steve; son, Gregory Howard Lady and wife, Denise; two granddaughters, Whitney Breedlove and husband, Dustin and Madelyn Lady and fiancé, Isaac Snodgrass; three great-grandchildren, Jaxon Cole, Maggie Ann, and Parker Kate Breedlove; and two sisters, Ruby Jean McCrary and Margaret Pearson and husband, Gilbert.

The family would like to thank the employees, residents and caregivers of Greystone Healthcare for the wonderful care and love that was shown to Mary during her time there.

The family will receive friends from 5pm – 7pm on Monday, May 19, 2025 at Hamlett Dobson Funeral Home, 2630 TN-75, Blountville, TN 37617. A service will follow at 7pm with Pastor Jason Mullins officiating.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10am on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Hamlett Dobson Memorial Park, Blountville.
