Mary Ellen McGlenn
Mary Ellen McGlenn, 73, died June 16, 2024 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Miss McGlenn was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mary Ellen enjoyed a long career with the St. Lucie County School System and specialized in teaching children with learning disabilities. She graduated from John Carroll High School, University of Florida, and Mount Saint Joseph University. She was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include her brothers, John McGlenn of Port St. Lucie, FL, Richard McGlenn of Fort Pierce, FL and Peter McGlenn of Sebring, FL; nephews, Michael McGlenn, Brian McGlenn, Andrew McGlenn; nieces, Rebecca Lang, Sarah McGlenn, and Ashla Zdanovich. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth McGlenn and Mary Sowinski McGlenn, and brothers, Robert McGlenn and Michael McGlenn.
Services: Visitation will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, Fort Pierce. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
