Mary Miceli Obituary
Mary Ann was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in East Northport and then St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church in Port Jefferson Station where she attended services regularly and found strength and community. Guided by her strong faith, she was a true example of goodness in this world. She lived through her actions and set countless examples with her love, kindness and selflessness and let's not forget her cleanliness. She was ALWAYS there for everyone, family and friends alike. She truly cared and found joy in her volunteer work.
She was married for 64 years to her wonderful husband, Charlie, and together they built a beautiful life. They "made your head spin", always busy enjoying life whether it be socializing, traveling, volunteering, attending shows, and concerts, etc. Family always came first and so many incredible memories were made over the years. She was an amazing cook and having an Italian heritage, loved feeding people.
She is survived by her loving husband, Charles (Charlie, Chaz, Charl), daughters and their husbands, Donna and Bob, Diane and Tor and grandchildren Erin, Ryan, Austin and Olivia and her sister Geraldine who have brought her so much love and happiness.
A service to celebrate Mary Ann's life will be held on Tuesday, February 17th at Bryant Funeral Home, 411 Old Town Rd. E., Setauket, NY 11733, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass will be held at St. Gerard Catholic Church in Port Jefferson Station on Wednesday, February 18, at 10:30 AM, with burial immediately following at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Coram, NY.
Mary Ann will be deeply missed, but her example of love and kindness will live on forever in the hearts of her family. We will carry her with us always.
