Mary G. (Mullin) Miller, 83, of Webster, MA, and formerly of Billerica and Newport, RI, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Lanessa Extended Care in Webster. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter K. Miller, who passed away in 2010.
She was born in Boston on April 15, 1939, the daughter of the late Dr. James G. and Mary E. (Rizzo) Mullin.
Mary was the founder and owner of Docuserf for 25 years prior to her retirement.
Mary was very active in her retirement and enjoyed volunteering. She was always first to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. Mary loved to find a good sale, especially in Newport, where she did the majority of her sale hunting. She enjoyed being a social butterfly, and it was common to see her in conversation with someone she had just bumped into at one of her children's sporting events and later at her grandchildren's events, which she always looked forward to going to. She made every effort to make her grandchildren feel special and loved.
Mary Miller is survived by Peter J. Miller and his children, Samantha and Peter; Mark G. and his wife Laurie Miller, and their daughters Erin, Caitlyn, and Kylie; Kevin M. Miller and his many pampered pooches; Geoffrey T. and his wife Greta Miller, and their children, Emily, Aspen, and Anna; a brother Stephen Mullin of Texas; two sisters, Ann Marie White of Kansas and Patricia Austin of Texas, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her calling hours on Monday, February 6, from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home, 66 Concord Rd. Billerica. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 7, at 10 A.M. at St. Matthew the Evangelist Parish at St. Theresa Church, Billerica. Burial will follow in Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation at www.parkinson.org.
