Mary Ann Montambo

Mary Ann Montambo, age 66 of New Era, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the Trinity Health Mercy Campus in Muskegon. Mary was born on July 31, 1957 in Muskegon to Jack and June (Ludlow) Montambo and has been a lifelong resident of the area. Mary had been a hard worker all her life and worked as a production worker at several companies in the area until her retirement. Mary enjoyed fishing, rock hunting and then building bird houses out of the rocks; gardening, camping and morel mushroom hunting.
Mary is survived by her children, Gabriel (Amanda) Skofic of Holton; Bradley Skofic Sr. of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan; Trent Montambo of New Era; her grandchildren, Cody Lohman; Cameron (Samantha) Lohman; Justin Theodore; Bradley Skofic Jr.; her great grandchildren, Daizy Lohman and Beyleigh Lohman; her brother, Terry (Debbie) Montambo of North Muskegon; her sister, Pam (Brian) McGovern of Twin Lake; 5 aunts; several nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and June Montambo and by her sister, Kathi Pittman.
