Joan was the loving daughter of the late Donald J. Fowler and Christine Fowler. She was married to her devoted husband, Buck Cook Jr., who predeceased her. Together, they built a beautiful life centered around their family. Joan is survived by her children, who were the pride and joy of her life: Lori Cook, Michael (Amy) Cook, Steve (Anna) Cook, Rebecca (Marvin) Martin, and Michelle (Scott) Riggs, along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will forever hold her in their hearts.
With respect to Joan's wishes, no services will be held at this time. Arrangements have been provided by Crandell Funeral Home - Fremont Chapel.
