Mary Myers, age 97, of Cumming, GA passed away July 15, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Duffy & Belle Martin, husband, L. J. Myers, and all her siblings. She was born in Cumming, GA and the oldest living member of New Harmony Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Jimmy & Judy Myers, granddaughter, Jamie Myers, great granddaughter, Laddie-Jewell Mize, and numerous step grand & great grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, July 18, 2025, at New Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Bottoms, Rev. Pete Martin officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
The family would like to give sincere thanks to the nurses at Amedisys Hospice Care, Dr. Markey & staff, and special care givers, Lindsay Kilpatrick, Lucy Warren & Tonia Picklesimer.
