Toni Hewatt

Toni Denise Hewatt, 63, passed away unexpectedly on March 26th 2026 in Cumming, GA. We take comfort in knowing she stepped through the pearly gates surrounded by her family.

She was born on September 15th 1962 in Duluth, GA to Bobby and Linda Bennett.

Toni was kind and selfless. When she loved she loved fiercely. She loved her husband deeply. She doted on her children and made their childhood special. Many other children looked up to her as a mother figure and she treated them as her own. She was a loving grandmother and her grandchildren were the light of her life. She cherished her parents and sister.

She loved flowers and gardening. She was artistic and enjoyed ceramics and craft projects over the years. She was a business owner and affectionately called boss lady by her employees.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Hewatt, her children Katie (Joel) Paulk and Justin (Lyndsey) Hewatt, her grandchildren Harper Hewatt and Stetson Paulk, her parents Bobby and Linda Bennett, her sister Cathy Bennett and numerous brother and sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.

She also has three other grandchildren due this year, and we take comfort in believing she is now their guardian angel, watching over them and guiding them safely into this world.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at 12 noon from the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 4pm until 8pm and again on Sunday from 9am until the time of service
