Mary Teresa Haigh Noeske, 54, of Charlotte, a compassionate and loving wife, mother, daughter and sister died peacefully at her home on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. Mary was born May 21, 1971, the daughter of David Carol and Mary Patricia (Dimond) Haigh. She graduated from Lakewood High School in 1989 before going on to earn her Master's Degree in Education. Mary was a passionate educator, devoted most of her early life to substitute teaching and tutoring. She married Carl Noeske on September 8, 2001 and the two soon started their family. Mary loved being a mother, and devoted her life to the comfort and care of her beloved family. Once the children had grown, she served as the Director of the Sunfield Library, a position she held for just over 5 years. Mary loved crocheting and sewing. She created many beautiful masterpieces throughout the years, and would do so quickly. She was also a gifted problem solver, and could complete any puzzle in record time. Mary was a woman of Faith and served as a long-time member of Sunfield United Methodist Church as secretary and treasurer. Above all, Mary loved her family. Mary is survived by her husband of nearly 24 years, Carl; their children, Katy, Hannah and Ian Noeske; her parents, David and Mary Haigh; brothers, Joe (Bekah) Haigh and Robert Haigh; sister, Sarah (Ora) Martin; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Tessa, Nick, Kieran, Bethany, Blaize, Xavier, Phoenix, Rowan, Lilly, Landon, Emma, and Jethro.
