Bob was the Son of Paul and Rose Noeske and younger brother to Paul J. Noeske.
Bob was born in New York and raised in Kings Park.
He married his high school sweetheart (Patti) in 1973 and later moved to Florida and started a family where he raised his four daughters.
He worked in the restaurant field for many years as a Director of Human Resources, but his passion was music. He was a talented Christian songwriter, musician and singer. Which later led him to opening his own Christian music studio "Genesis Recording".
After retiring, he decided to return to his home state of New York and settled in upstate where he loved the cold weather and beautiful mountains.
Bob was a devoted Christian and husband to wife Patti; beloved father to his four daughters and a blessed grandfather of eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
