Mary J. Powers, 96, Charlottesville, died January 24, 2023.
An 83 year member of Charlottesville Friends Church, Mary loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, above all else.
Survivors: children, Fred (Becky) Powers of Greenfield, Vivian Smith of New Castle, Larry Powers of Indianapolis and Bob (Kathy) Powers of Cadillac, MI; sister, Rowena (Jack) Holliday of Wilkinson.
Predeceased: parents, Lee and Ruth (Brown) Silver; husband, Fred M. "Tootie" Powers; son, Gary Powers.
Services: 2:00 pm Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in Knightstown. Burial: Glen Cove Cemetery. Visitation: 11:00 am until the time of service.
