Mary Patricia Radford passed away on November 20, 2025. She was born on July 17, 1932, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and was the daughter of Adele Fox Boyle and James Wilson Boyle. She graduated from Saint Mary Springs Academy in Fond du Lac, WI, and went on to study nursing at the College of Nursing at Marquette University, where she earned her Nursing Degree. She graduated at the top of her class.
Patty married Bill Radford on June 11, 1977, in Oshkosh, WI. Together, they joined Patty's six children with Bill's five children. They shared a wonderful life together filled with many adventures, travelling overseas, and visiting with their children and grandchildren.
Patty served on several organizational boards, both in Oshkosh, WI, and Naples, FL, where she served as President of the Medical Auxiliary, King's Daughters, and the Service League of Oshkosh. She greatly enjoyed the time she served in organizations and non-profits. Serving and helping others brought great joy to her life.
Patty and Bill split their time between their homes in Appleton, WI, and Naples, FL, where they were proud members of North Shore Golf Club and the Pelican Bay Club. Patty loved playing golf, sharing meals with friends, and watching her family swim in the pool and beach. Some of her favorite memories were of time spent with family.
Patty was an excellent duplicate bridge player. For those who knew her well, it should come as no surprise that she loved a good competition and played several times a week.
Patty is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Radford, to whom she was married for 47 years, her precious granddaughter, Caitlin Kelly, and her son-in-law, Herbert Israel. She is survived by her six children: Colleen Kennedy (Tom Kelly - Potomac, MD), Michael Kennedy (Texas), Maureen Kennedy (Gary Kikuchi - Morris Plains, NJ), Kathleen Wollersheim (Jeff - Neenah, WI), William Kennedy (Denise - Abrams, WI), Thomas Kennedy (San Antonio, TX) and her five stepchildren, Theda Jessen (Huascar - Dayton, OH), Peter Radford (Terri - Golden, CO), Scott Radford (Vicky - Oshkosh, WI), Curt Radford (Kathryn - Larsen, WI), and India Clark (John - Dayton). She also survived by her twenty grandchildren and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff at the Courtyard - Oshkosh, including Preceptor Hospice, and her loving family. We are very grateful to her devoted daughter Kathleen, stepson Dr. Curtis Radford, and caregiver Carol Wunderlich, who have been with her throughout this journey.
A private Catholic service and A Celebration of Life will be determined at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Boys and Girls Club of Oshkosh would be greatly appreciated.
