Mary Cornelius Richardson, 78, of Mobile, Alabama passed away on December 25, 2023. She is the daughter of Warren and Dorothy Cornelius. She was preceded by her parents and her son, Steve Walston (Tammy). She was survived by her husband of 51 years, Joe Bill Richardson and son, Michael Richardson (Nicki). She had 6 grandkids, who she loved and didn't miss an opportunity to bring them up in every conversation she had. Andrew (Amber), Ashley (Phillip), Brittany (T.J), Taylor (Reed), Brooke and Adam. She had 3 great grandkids, Alyssa, Sarah, Madeline and one on the way, Pratt.

If you knew her, you knew that her love language was gift giving and quality time. She loved spending time with her family, meeting new friends and going to the local Cracker Barrel where her very best friends worked. Some of her favorite places were Dick Russel's and Walmart, where she spent the majority of her free time, and she had a lot. She loved her church, Creekwood Church of Christ. and the back pew girls and never missed an opportunity to go. She believed in people and encouraged everything they set their mind to. She prided herself in her family; being a grandmother and mother was in her nature.

Her service will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens in Mobile, Alabama on December 30, 2023 at 10:00am and visitation will be held at 9:00am
