95, of Cranston, passed away in her sleep on Saturday, December 27, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Pasco Ruggieri.
Rita was a devout Catholic who said the rosary daily. She was an avid golfer and a lifelong member of the Alpine Country Club in Cranston.
She was the cherished and devoted mother of Linda M. Ruggieri of Mill Valley, CA, Janice M. Ruggieri of Cranston and Arlene R. Huber & her husband Glenn of White Stone, VA; sister of the late Martin, Jackie, Charles and Robert Keane and dear sister-in-law of Dolores O’Brien of Cranston. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
She will be profoundly missed by her family and friends, whose lives she touched with her unwavering love and unforgettable spirit. Her love, laughter and generosity will live on in all who knew her.
Visiting hours are Sunday, January 4th from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Her funeral will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 8:45 a.m. starting from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Rd., Cranston. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
