Friends may call at the family owned Ruck-Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (at beltway exit 26) on Friday, May 17, 2024, 10-11AM, where a funeral service will be held at 11 AM. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mrs. Seth's memory to: The Billy Graham Association, 1 Billy Graham Parkway, Charlotte, North Carolina 28201 or The Salvation Army, PO Box 3136, Hagerstown, Maryland 21741 or salvationarmyusa.org
