Mary Beth Smith

HUBBARD Mary Beth Smith, 82, died Saturday November 15, 2025 at The Hospice House in Poland, OH. She was born January 12, 1943 a daughter of John "Pat" and Mildred Evnick Petrusko in Youngstown.

Mary Beth a lifelong Hubbard resident, was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church and a 1960 Hubbard High School graduate. She was a secretary at Cerni Motors and Kenworth Trucking for several years. Mary Beth enjoyed bowling, working outside, gardening, crocheting, listening to 50's music, going to car shows with her husband and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.

She leaves her daughter, Nadine Connor and her husband Brian of Calcutta, OH; a brother Donald Petrusko of Hubbard; two sisters, Millie (Bill) Holdford and Kathy Ferencak both of Hubbard; her two grandchildren who were the light of "Mimi's" life, Ireland Connor and Delaney Connor.

Mary Beth was preceded in death by her husband Robert M. Smith whom she married February 10, 1967; her parents and a brother in law John Ferencak.

Friends and family may call Saturday November 22, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM, with Pastor Kevin Carson officiating at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
