She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Lee Spears ; parents, Margaret and Jim Barnett; brother and sister-in-law, John and Joy Spears.
She is survived by her son, Richard Littler ; sister, Carol Philpot ; niece, Sandy Eustice (Robert) ; sister-in-law ; Joyce Vroman (Jim) ; her caregivers, Joy and Reverend Scott Fahl.
Her funeral will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday August 14, 2025 at Schmid Funeral Home in Mt. Washington. Her graveside service will be 1:30 p.m. Friday August 15, 2025 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Thursday prior to the service.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to Baptist Health and their emergency. intensive care , palliative and hospice departments.
