Mary Ruth Stroh, 88, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026, BridgingLife Hospice at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore City, MD. Born on August 14, 1937, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Alice Morris. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles R. Stroh, Sr., who passed away in 2009.
Years ago, Mary worked as a secretary for the State of Maryland. She was a member of the Reisterstown Moose Lodge 1577, where she was a senior regent. She was also a member of the VFW Post 200 of Hampstead.
Surviving her are children: Mary “Bonnie” Bajkowski of Reisterstown, MD, and Chuck Stroh and wife Toni of Virginia, grandchildren: Sarah Stroh, Steven and Jason Bajkowski, and sister: Sandy Robinson of Reisterstown, MD.
Mary was predeceased by her son-in-law: Tom Bajkowski, and brother: John Morris.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, January 21, from 9 – 11 am, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD, where a funeral service will begin at 11 am.
Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
