Dear Elayne, Linda and Nancy --
I am so, so sad to see the notice of Lou's death and so sorry I just saw this tonight. I so appreciated Lou's friendship over the many years that I lived in Glenside. I could always count on having a laugh with Lou and just enjoying her company. I was so glad I could get to visit with her when I would get back to Glenside.
May the Lord comfort you,
Betty Noble (neighbor from Louise Rd)

Lou was a beautiful, independent woman who we admired for her spunk and kindness. Always willing to help others whether driving to Abington basketball games or baking delicious desserts she gave of her time and energy in a selfless manner and will be greatly missed. Sincere sympathy to her beautiful family.

We have many happy memories of Mrs. Treese, all of them with a smile and cheerful disposition. Our mother Maureen looked forward to their lunches together and always enjoyed Lou's company. She was a wonderful neighbor and dear friend to us all. We will all miss her. RIP Mrs. Treese.
