I'm so sorry to hear about Jerry's passing. We were fellow school bus drivers. I always loved being around him. He was kind and made us laugh. Rest in Peace, Jerry. You will be missed.

Jayne -- This is very hard, and you have my deepest condolences.
I'm sharing this pic of Jerry as the 3 yr, 11 mo old ring bearer at my mother's (his older sister Jean's) January 1955 wedding to my father. My mother's sister (Jerry's older sister Janet) was my Mom's Matron of Honor and is in the photo too. (The flower girl and best man were from my Dad's side of the family and were not Treese's).
I asked Jerry once what he remembered from this event, and I think the answer was "not much". For folks reading this who don't know about Jerry's many siblings, he was the youngest of 8 children -- there were 6 girls in a row, followed by 2 boys. With all those sisters, he has 13 nieces and nephews (I am one of them).
My late mother always spoke fondly of her younger brother Jerry, and I suspect (but do not know) that, with 6 older sisters, he was likely in more than just one sister's wedding.
