Mary Vilas Obituary
Mary worked for the Ocean County Election Board in Toms River, NJ for 25 years before her retirement.
She was predeceased by her parents, Elsworth and Emma DeGroat; and her husband, Emanuele Vilas, in 1979. She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Espinos, and her husband, John, of Jackson Twp.; her son, Michael Vilas and his wife, Shelly, of Mays Landing; and her two grandchildren, John Espinos III, and Skylar Espinos.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 3-7 PM at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527.A funeral gathering will be offered on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 9 AM at the funeral home. Mary's Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ. A private cremation will follow.
