Mary was born July 26, 1945 to Arthur and Anne DeLong in Oahu, Hawaii. Her family settled back in Colorado after their efforts to clean up the aftermath at Pearl Harbor.
She grew up on the west side of Denver, enjoying the exciting 1950's. Later in her life she had a career at CDOT where she retired after 25 years of service.Her greatest joy was being Grammy to her grandsons and great-grandchildren. She will always be remembered for her deep love and nurturing spirit.
She was preceded in her passing by her parents and her sister Charity.Mary was the foundation of her family. She will always be loved and missed be her surviving family; Husband of 48 years Harold Wallace, Children- Kelly (Tod) Bridgeman, Ron (Joyce) Schroeder, Grandsons- Tyler (Rachel) Caldwell, Brandon (Catrina) Caldwell, Jacob (Kelci) Caldwell, Trevor (Kayla) Caldwell, Grant Schroeder, Dillon Schroeder, Derek Schroeder, Cade Schroeder. 9 Great-Grandchildren. Step-son Chris (Dee Ann) Wallace, and 4 step grandchildren.
