Mary Martha Wells

Mary Martha Wells passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025, at the age of 89.
Born on March 16, 1936, Mary was the beloved daughter of the late Harold Rehfeldt Wells and Ruth Helen Wells (née Bick). She was preceded in death by her husband Sidney Larson and her brother Harold Mitchell Wells.
Mary is survived by her nephew, Chris Wells, and his wife Bridget; her great-nephew, Christopher Wells, and his wife Sabrina; and her great-great-niece, Megan Wells. She will be remembered fondly by her extended family and all who knew her.
Mary dedicated 25 years of her career to the Missouri Certified Seed Association, where she was respected for her dedication and professionalism.
She found great joy in reading, traveling, and spending time with her beloved dogs. Mary never met a dog she didn't like, and her deep love for animals was one of her most cherished qualities.
Honoring her wishes, Mary will be cremated. Her family will hold a private celebration of her life at a later date.
Mary's life was one of quiet strength, compassion, and deep devotion to those she loved-both two- and four-legged. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
