She is survived by her loving husband, Jay Wheeler; sons, Matthew Griffith, David (Jordan) Griffith, Nicholas (Haley Reff) Griffith; stepson, Zach Wheeler; grandchildren, Evie, Forrest, Matthew, Avery, Thomas, Hannah and Serenity; brother, Michael (Karen) Moors; sister, Monica Bassford; several nieces and nephews; many good friends. She was also predeceased by her father and mother, Joseph and Mary T. Moors; sisters, JoAnn and Patricia. Mary Ann was born in Spencerport and earned her nursing degree from Alfred. She retired from Strong Memorial Hospital after 40 years of service.
Friends may call Friday, May 23, 2025, from 4-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to https://www.fisherhouse.org
