Mary Zawolik Obituary
Hartland: Mary H. Zawolik, age 98, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2025. She was born May 11, 1927 in N. Tonawanda to the late Henry and Stella (Kuczkowski) Krawczyk.
Mary enjoyed crocheting, gardening and her favorite flower was Lily of the valley. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Stephen in 1980, siblings Clara, Andrew, Angeline, and Stella.
Mary is survived by her children Rosemarie (Allen) Sloniker, Patricia (Mark) Stodolka, Joanne (John) Rosenberg, Gloria (Charles) States, James Zawolik, Andrew (Cindy) Zawolik, 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren, sister Frances Klaus, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mary's family will receive friends at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home 4521 Main St. Gasport, NY 14067 on Friday, September 26th from 4:00-8:00pm. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Brendan on the Lake 3455 Ewings Rd, Newfane, NY 14108 on Saturday at 10:00am. Interment will be held in Hartland Central Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Mary's name may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr. Lockport, NY 14094.
