Matt Ebb Hale

Matt Ebb Hale, age 99, joined his heavenly family on October 15, 2023. Matt served in the United States Navy from 1943 through 1946. After serving his country he began his career with civil service as ammunition officer/safety inspector out of Concord, CA and retired in 1974.
Matt is survived by his daughter, Olevia Vaughan and husband, Gary; Granddaughter, Starla Vaughan Ledbetter and great granddaughter, Lauren Ledbetter and two sisters, Dortha Riddle, Mary Jean Bunch and many cousins, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Olevia Hale, Father, C.P. Hale and Mother, Jewel Hale; sisters, Virginia Jenkins, Wanda De Wolf and brothers, Harry Hale, Robert Hale, Perry Hale and Bill Hale.
A special thank you to Heart to Heart hospice, especially Jamie McNeeley. God sent us an angel. Thank-you to Brentwood Terrace heathcare and rehabilitation, your care, guidance and support will always be held dear to our hearts!
Also, thank you to Dr. Mark Campbell and his wonderful Ladies, there are not enough words to express the thankfulness we have for you all. You are the absolute Best, we love you!
