Matthew Bennett Obituary
He was survived by his brother's and sister's; Bob Bennett (Kandle), Dave Bennett (Gena), Joe Bennett (Charity), Gina Bennett (Brooke), Kimberly Bennett, Amy Beavers, Stacy McMillion, Kori Sewell, Stephon Turner, and Rebecca Perolis; stepfather, Hank McMillion; stepmother, Tracey Bennett; nephews, Izaiah, Karter, Tucker, Ryder; niece, Elliana, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Matt was preceded in death by his father, Robert Bennett; mother, Linda McMillion, his Nana and Papaw, his Grandma Marge, his uncle Dave Kennamore and his first love Christina.
Matt created his own journey and picked up many lifelong friends along the way. Unfortunately, his lifelong battle with addiction took him from us all on August 11,2022. Family and friends are welcome to come together to honor Matt's memory on Monday, August 22, 2022 with calling hours from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. at the Schlup-Pucak and Wilson Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Boulevard, followed by a memorial dinner at the Main Street Saloon at 1481 S. Main St.

That is a good picture of you Cuz. Thats a picture of the guy I choose to remember, the one I used to laugh and joke with. The one who had a knack for needing a ride at the most inconvenient time (usually out of the blue), BUT I'd still "come swoop" just because he was hard to tell no and of course because it's Cuz. Somehow,we would always end up BS ing and talking for hours in my living room, over coffee like two old ladies. At some point we drifted or actually, I went away for a while ,then left state. I didn't see much in Peezle after that. But I'm glad we had those few years to get close and hang out when we did....Love ya Cuz-Roxy....PS Look out for Buddy Dog when he gets there..I think he'll be joining you soon
