Matthew Daniels Obituary
Matthew Daniels, 59 of Pathfork, passed away on September 2, 2023 at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was born to the late Hiram and Lillie Mae Daniels on November 8, 1963. He was a retired Custodian in the Bell County School System.
Mr. Daniels is preceded in death by his Parents and Brothers, Cleon Daniels, Hiram Daniels Jr., Phillip Daniels and Harold Dean Daniels.
Matthew is Survived by his Daughter, Kayla Daniels of Irvin; Granddaughters, Whitley and Lovanna Clarks of Irvin ; Sisters, Alice Howard and Husband Enos of Michigan, Judy Daniels of South Dakota, Betty Southard of Harlan, Loretta Kinder and Husband Bruce of Pathfork and Brenda Miracle; Brothers, William David Daniels and Wife Dorothy of Corbin, Charles Daniels and Belia of Illinois, Timothy Daniels of Corbin and Larry Daniels and Wife Lora of Smith; Several Nieces, Nephews, family and friends will also mourn his passing.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 4PM to 8PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 11AM at Faith Holiness Church with Doug Daniels and Spencer Burkhart officiating. Burial will follow at the Daniels Cemetery in Smith with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
