Matt was a GREAT neighbor. He was always at the ready to help in any way he could. He took my late husband to the emergency room when he cut his wrist while trying to fix a broken garage window. Matt helped us hang a large mirror so it was positioned just right. He jump started my car a few times. One day as he looked out his window he said to Karen, "Oh no, June's on a ladder," and came running over to save me from my own stupid self. But I will miss him mostly for the really nice guy he was.

I was so sorry to read Matt's name in the obituaries that I try to scan on a regular basis so I don't miss someone I know. Matt was a very sweet guy with a kind smile. Not only do I remember him at Aetna, but more importantly, we graduated together from Bulkeley High and he was in my homeroom all 4 years. My sincere sympathy to his family. May he rest in eternal peace.
