Matt is predeceased by his father Joseph DiMauro, Jr.
Matt is survived by his wife, Tiphany Shannon DiMauro, and daughter, Madison Alexis. Also, by his mom, Michelle DiMauro, brother, Joe DiMauro III, sisters, Jackie Douglas and Nicole DiMauro, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Matthew was truly one of a kind. He loved watching movies on Netflix and playing magic the gathering and Dungeons and Dragons with his family. His passion was listening to music and his family, especially his daughter.
A small remembrance will be held on Saturday, July 22nd, after 2:00 pm, at Tiphany's home.
Matt's family would like to express their thanks to Dr. Shelly Odum and his care team of Crystal Coast Family Practice, Gentiva Hospice, the Crystal Coast Hospice House of Newport, NC, and also to the staff of Carteret General Hospital CCU Unit for all the love and continued support.
