Loving son of Richard J. & Diane (nee Doubek, dear brother of the late Loraine "Rayne", also survived by his aunts Claire Piano, Tanya DiMauro & Bernadette Doubek, his best friend Erick Bundschuh, his beloved dog Koda and 9 cousins.
Richie attended Bergen County Vocational High School and Johnson and Wales University for his cullinary degree. He was multii-talented in many ways including fine cooking, painting and other art forms, electronics, woodworking and building. He loved playing guitar, drums and piano and enjoyed all kinds of music. Richie was hoping to retire to his favorite vacation State of Maine one day.
