Matthew J. Griffith

Matthew J. Griffith, 37, of Muscoda passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 doing what he loved, riding his 2014 Harley Davidson Night Rod. Matt was born on November 15, 1987 to David and Lilly (Hoy) Griffith. Matt had a passion for hunting, fishing, riding his Harley and of course his biggest passion his 3 boys, Ryan, Walker and soon to arrive Kyson Matthew in July.
Matthew is survived by his beloved sons Ryan, Walker and Kyson Griffith;
Brother Christopher Griffith;
Girlfriend and mother to Walker and Kyson, Payton Gundlach;
Amanda Van Allen mother of Ryan;
Auntie Betsey Piper;
Uncle Mike (Karen) Griffith and their son Timothy;
Cousin Al Tishler and his children Amanda and Brittany;
Cousin Steve Tishler and his children Victoria and Lucas;
Aunt Doris Conrad;
Many friends who he considered his family.
Matthew was preceded in death by his mother Lilly, father David, Grandparents Harry and Janina Hoy, Auntie Helen, cousin Sherry Tishler and good friend Ben Brewer.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at the Pratt Funeral Home, Muscoda from 11:00 AM until the service time at 2:00 PM. The family encourages people to wear Harley, Fox racing, and fishing/hunting apparel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to set up a trust fund for his 3 boys. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
