Matthew (Matt) Meyer was born October 30, 1970, in Topeka, Kansas passed away July 5, 2025, from pancreatic cancer. Matt courageously fought cancer for over a year. Matt will be deeply missed by the love of his life, Lisa Sommers, Mother Sharon Meyer, Father Mark Meyer, Sister Merry Meyer, Brother Jeff Meyer, and nieces Laurel Sroufe, Ashley Sroufe, Nayla Meyer, and Faira Meyer.
Matt was a special person who was devoted to helping other people through their difficulties and had many close friends. Matt loved to laugh. He was an extraordinary golfer, had a pure love for the game, and competed in many amateur tournaments. He had a true passion for music and attended hundreds of concerts with Lisa.
