Mrs. Maude Ellen Moberly, 88, of Richmond, the wife of Ronald Moberly, passed away Monday morning, May 29, 2023.
Maude was born on December 4, 1934, at Paint Lick, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Coleman and Jessie Mae Richardson Neeley. Maude was a retired bank teller at Richmond Bank, which had become PNC Bank at the time of her retirement. She was a devoted member of The First Baptist Church, where she served and volunteered much of her time after her retirement.
Survivors include her husband Ron; one brother: Ralph Neeley (Nancy); one sister: Diane Segada as well as several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Steve Neeley and a sister: Dorothy Robinson.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:30 AM Friday, June 2, 2023, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Fort and Rev. Bill Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday evening, June 1, 2023, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Gene Rose, Mark Moody, Mike Coyle, Brian Coyle, Gene Moberly and Jamie Moberly.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the members of The Dorcas, Bethany and Gleaners Sunday School Class.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church or to Hospice Care Plus.
