Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Visiting Hours on Friday, March 6th, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals, 262 Beach St., Revere, for Maureen C. (Gartland) Dellorfano, of Dracut, who passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the CHA – Everett Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was 79 years old. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 250 Revere St., Revere at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.

Maureen was born in Revere on September 30, 1946. She was the loving daughter of the late Joseph and Gertrude (Sulkey) Gartland. She was raised and educated in East Boston and was a graduate of East Boston High School, class of 1963. Shortly after graduating, Maureen met and married her husband, John, in 1964. The couple remained in East Boston to raise their children. Maureen adored her family and dedicated her time to raising her children. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Maureen was the beloved wife of the late John E. Dellorfano, with whom she shared over 50 years of marriage until his passing in 2018. Devoted mother of Tracey MacAllister of Winthrop, Susan Dellorfano of Dracut, and Stephanie Brown and her husband Vincent of Revere. Cherished grandmother of Samantha, Jeffrey, Meghan, Olivia, John, Ryan and Brittany. Adored great grandmother of Sydney, Leland, Samson and Theodora. Loving niece of Mary "Nene" Canavan. Dear sister of Mary Gartland, Michael Gartland and his wife Lisa, Kathy Gartland and Lori Recupero. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her siblings, the late Judith, Joseph, William, Evelyn, Martin and Barbara Ann Gartland. She is also lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
