Maurice Dean Contee

Maurice Dean Contee, age 61, of Hanson, formerly of Foxborough, passed away December 19, 2025 at Brockton City Hospital. He was the son of the late Maurice A. and Bernice (Groce) Contee.
Maurice was born on November 30, 1964 in Boston. He was employed as a manufacturing technician for many years. Maurice played football in high school, college and as a semi-pro player. He was an avid New England Patriots fan. He enjoyed antique cars and attending the Adirondack antique car show at Lake George every year. He enjoyed spending weekends in Maine, going for long walks on the beach and in parks with his fiancé.
Loving fiancé of Kristin Anderson. Father of Adam Contee of Fall River and Elijah Fillion of Mansfield. Grandfather of Skylar and Xavier. Brother of Scott Contee of Marborough and Jason Contee of Attleboro.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, January 17 from 12 PM to 2 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxborough. A Celebration of Life will take place at 2 PM at the funeral home.
