Maurice Zeps, 88, passed away on January 16, 2026. He was born in 1937, in Daugavpils, Latvia. Maurice emigrated to the United States in 1949. He was a four-year veteran of the United States Air Force, a Purdue University graduate, and a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 1992, he retired from Allison (a division of General Motors) as a Senior Designer.
Maurice was an ardent lifelong tennis player and also enjoyed family road trips in his American made cars.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Annie Snitko Zeps. He is also survived by his son, John Zeps, as well as his brother Leo Zeps. Private family services will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
