Max Roark Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Kimbrough-Jacobs Funeral Home on Dec. 29, 2025.
Max Ray Roark embarked on his final adventure and left us all too soon to be with Jesus on Thursday, December 25, 2025, here in Cisco.

He was born on November 12, 2012 in Abilene. He was the youngest son of Ken and Cassye Roark. He had a big brother Isaac and big sister Kensye, both of whom he adored and idolized.

Max was a student at Cisco Junior High. He was a lot of things and loved a lot of things. He had an unimaginable life full of adventure. He enjoyed playing football and basketball with all his much loved fellow Loboes, riding his dirt bike, fishing, hunting and flying with his daddy while witnessing some of the most glorious sunsets from the sky. One of his most recent hobbies was collecting cologne. He always wanted to smell good.

But most importantly…. Max knew how to love!!

God, family, friends and his dogs always came first. Max's unspoken motto was " no one will ever be left out or left behind. " He had a heart full of unlimited love, generosity, compassion, humor and was blessed with one of the most contagious personalities.

Max packed in a full and complete life in his short 13 years on this earth.

Max LIVED and LOVED and is now at peace resting in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

A memorial service will be held Friday, January 2. 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Cisco High School Gym.

A scholarship fund has been set up at Prosperity Bank Cisco. The family requests memorial donations in Max's honor in lieu of flowers. The contact information for the bank is below.
