May Rodnicki Obituary

May Y. (Fiscus) Rodnicki, 98, of Apollo, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025, at Pine View Personal Care Center in Vandergrift. She was born on Aug. 24, 1927, to the late Mary H. (Sheriff) Fiscus. May was a member of Spring Church Lutheran Church. She was also a member of multiple clubs in her lifetime. May sold Avon for 50+ years and was known by many in the community. She enjoyed playing bingo, reading, gambling, and traveling. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Rodnicki; sisters, Sharon Shrecengost and Garrett Lee Gresko; and granddaughter, Ashley Woods. She is survived by her children, Ted (Marjorie) Rodnicki of Ohio, Ron Rodnicki of Apollo, Greg Rodnicki of Florida, and Lauren (Scott) Rodnicki Woods of Apollo; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved to have them around her. At May's request, all services are private and have been entrusted to CURRAN-SHAFFER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., Apollo.
